TaxCaddy -Storing Documents

 Customer would like to store documents that are not associated with a particular tax year. For example Customer would like to be able to store documents for a particular property and collect information over a period of many years. Customer has 6 different properties so would want 6 different folders.

  Hi Matthew,

  This feature is not currently planned though you may find our subcategory folders a useful work around for this request.

  If you use a particular tax year - 2021 for example - you could use a folder such as "Other" to create sub-folders (or sub categories). Here you would be able to create the folders you would like to store your property folders in.
