    Cannot upload documents,

Frustrated with this whole thing. Ready to mail, but do not want to pay the $150.00 fee to do so

Please allow me to provide some information that you may find useful in order to upload documents to your account.

To begin, here is the link to our Help Center article which shows step-by-step instructions to get you started: Uploading documents

Here are some things you need to know about uploading documents:

    • The only accepted file types are: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, & .xlsx.
    • You can upload files from a folder, but they must be labeled and categorized one at a time.
    • ZIP files are not supported, however you can extract them to a file folder and upload that way.

What if I don't have a scanner, or my scanner only provides jpegs?

Our TaxCaddy app on iOS and Android allows you to scan (photograph) your documents and upload straight from your device! You will have the same options to categorize, move, and update as you would on our website.

Go here for more information: Getting the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance, I am here to help!

My folders already have files loaded in to them.

I just can't get to the folders themselves. Help!
