  Thanks for submitting your enhancement request. We’ve added it to our internal tracking system as SER-1049. We’ll keep an eye on the votes and comments to see if other customers have similar needs. In the coming months, we’ll use the Planned, Not Planned, and Completed labels to update this request.

  Yes, it would be helpful to be able to specify if you would like to be notified by text or email or both when a smart link requires actions.  Currently there is no way to turn off the text notification.
