1: allow users to see the file structure and folders like in Windows Explorer

2: allow me to create my own files at the root level Thx much.

  Thanks for submitting your enhancement request. We’ve added it to our internal tracking system as SER-1089. We’ll keep an eye on the votes and comments to see if other customers have similar needs.   I agree.  Navigating within my documents is cumbersome, and needs to allow more customization to provide better organization of the documents/folders.
