Converting image files

Computer Scanned image files can be converted to Files formats you currently accept (eg PDF and the Taxcaddy app camera scan). Taxcaddy on the web should do that; the users often cannot.

  Thanks for submitting your enhancement request, David. We’ve added it to our internal tracking system as SER-354. We’ll keep an eye on the votes and comments to see if other customers have similar needs. In the coming months we’ll use the Planned, Not Planned, and Completed labels to update this request.
