Less information personal information in emails.
AnsweredIf I might make a suggestion. It seems to me that it would be better for you to tell the client that they have activity pertaining to their TaxCaddy account online instead of stating what the activity is. In today's day and age I don't find it appropriate that you publicize people's personal information such as what type of accunts they have and who they work for. I understand that you are not publishing any financial information but even stating who they work for and what type of accounts they have seems to be highly inappropriate. While this may be your standard practice I personally would prefer not to have that information disclosed.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
