I don't understand why TaxCaddy does not provide land line 2FA for those of us who do not have mobile phones.. Many organizations offer this option. Bob Hovey

  Hi Robert, we are in the process of revisiting enhancement requests. Your enhancement request was evaluated during our team's monthly review. After careful consideration, we found the enhancement to be useful for a majority of customers and it was added to our product roadmap. We marked this enhancement as Planned. Once the enhancement is released we will mark it as Completed.

  Thanks for submitting your enhancement request, Bob. We’ve added it to our internal tracking system as SER-234. We’ll keep an eye on the votes and comments to see if other customers have similar needs. In the coming months we’ll use the Planned, Not Planned and Completed labels to update this request.
