Radio buttons to be toggeled on and off

User chatted in about the radio buttons being stuck on a toggled on state, where if they were unsure of an answer and wanted to leave it blank that they weren't able to do so.

Here is what they stated: My wife had clicked on one of the radio buttons before having any of the correct information, no way to toggle it off To show as incomplete. Now our questionnaire is showing up as 100%, when it is not.
