Automate Reminder Emails to Clients
For Questionnaire and Document Request list items it would be beneficial to have a templated email that would be sent on a given schedule to remind clients of their outstanding items. This way their DRL would not need to be reviewed manually to send a reminder email and the potential of procrastination or forgetfulness can be avoided by having the reminders being auto generated and sent. This is a feature of competitor document gathering websites and seems to be one that could be easily implemented. Content Snare seems to have a pretty solid lay out for what the feature could look like.
