Deleting answer in questionnaire

I would like to have the option to be able to delete an answer to a question within the questionnaire. If I answer a question, I am not able to leave it blank. There should be an undo or delete button to the radio buttons for a reminder to come back to it later.

  Hi Robert,

  Thanks for submitting your enhancement request. We’ve added it to our internal tracking system as SER-1269. We’ll keep an eye on the votes and comments to see if other customers have similar needs. In the coming months, we’ll use the Planned, Not Planned, and Completed labels to update this request.

  I'm having the same issues. Also, I only get a hand.  I cannot type into the fillable form
