When an account has a primary and spouse user but a document is only requiring the primary's signature, TaxCaddy should let the spouse user know that their signature is not required. Currently, when the spouse user logs in, the document will say "awaiting signature" without the option to Sign & Accept. This causes the spouse to need to troubleshoot as to why they are unable to sign. Instead it should let you know that the spouse signature is not needed and it only awaiting the primary's signature.
