I forgot My password. Cannot reset by using the methods mentioned in the help center.

Instructions for resetting password do not work.  How can I complete this task?

  I am having the same problem.  I repeatedly get the message "Check the password" without any indication of something being wrong.  I have fulfilled all the requirements - upper/lower case, length, numbers, special character, etc.
