Please update the content of email notifications to TaxCaddy users when an account owner/tax professional disconnects from the user.
Clients have seen these emails contain: "You can no longer message your tax professional" and "You can now connect with another tax professional."
This notification's content has misled TaxCaddy users to believe these emails are indicators of being fired or being told to seek services elsewhere.
Please consider changing the wording of these email notifications to be more client friendly.
