Hi! Here's what's new in TaxCaddy!
Complete Form
On the Requested tab, certain documents requested by your tax professional can now be fulfilled by completing a fillable form instead of uploading a document. These fillable forms will show Complete Form as an option on the document menu. You will also see the Fillable Form icon 
on the upper left corner.

You can fill the form in the Document Viewer then send it back to your tax professional as a completed form.

Chat Bubble
When starting a Live Chat, you will now see an option to enable a Chat Bubble.

A floating Chat Bubble will let you toggle back to the Live Chat screen. It will also alert you when you receive a new message from a TaxCaddy Support representative.
