Hello! Here's what's new in TaxCaddy!

Previous tax years

When viewing a previous tax year(s), you may now see a banner notification displaying YOUR TAX PROFESSIONAL NO LONGER HAS ACCESS TO TAX YEAR [Tax Year]. Once a previous tax year(s) has passed a certain time period limit, tax professionals can no longer access documents, messages, or any other information from that tax year.

Design Updates

Changes to the UI were made to improve the user experience. The following features have been redesigned with an updated look: 

Settings

Tabs on the Account Settings screen will now show a left panel for improved user experience.

Change Number

The Two Factor - Change Number dialog box has been redesigned with an updated UI.
