You can fulfill your tax professional's document request by replying to it with an amount.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac or tablet
Follow these steps to resolve a Document Request by replying with an amount:

Log in to TaxCaddy.com.

On the Overview screen, you will see a Task List on the left, with your Upload requests listed as [Tax Year] Document Requests.
Your progress in completing all of your Upload tasks will be denoted with the Progress icon.
- Click [Tax Year] Document Requests to open a list of your document requests to the right of your Task List.
By default, both pending and previously fulfilled requests will be displayed. However, you can click the drop-down menu to specify that only Open Requests be displayed. - Click the MORE OPTIONS menu to view all fulfillment options for this request, then click Reply With Amount.

The Reply With Amount dialog box will appear. Fill the form, then click Next.
The Next button will be disabled until the Amount is entered.
To reply with multiple amounts, click Add Another Amount.
To delete an amount, click the Delete icon.
You can add details in the Description field to specify each amount.

Reply With Amount dialog box will allow you to review the data. Click Back to make changes, click Send Reply to fulfill the document request with an amount.
- The Completed Upload icon will appear next to the associated document request.

iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to reply with an amount on your iOS mobile phone app.

Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app, then tap [Tax Year] Document Requests from your Task List to be navigated to a list of your pending document requests.
- Your requested items will appear under [Tax Year] Document Requests.
- By default, TaxCaddy will display All Requests (including open requests and requests that have already been fulfilled). You can select Open Request from the drop-down menu to only display requests that have not yet been fulfilled.
- Tap the request you would like to reply to with an amount.

The menu with fulfillment options will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap Reply with Amount.

On the Reply With Amount screen, provide the AMOUNT, DESCRIPTION, and a COMMENT if necessary, then tap SEND REPLY.

When the Confirm Reply dialog box appears.
Tap Yes to resolve this document request.
Tap No to close without saving changes. -
Once fulfilled, the icon next to the listed request will indicate so, and the progress bar at the bottom of the list will update. Your tax professional will also be notified that the document has been uploaded. You can tap the request tile to view the uploaded document.

You can tap the request tile to review the uploaded document containing the Description, Amount, and Comments related to the paid amount.
Android mobile app
Follow these steps to reply with an amount on your Android mobile phone app.
- Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.
- Document Requests that your tax professional has uploaded to your account will appear on the Overview screen. Tap [Tax Year] Document Requests to be navigated to a list of your pending document requests.
- Your requested items will appear under [Tax Year] Document Requests.
- By default, TaxCaddy will display All Requests (including open requests and requests that have already been fulfilled). You can select Open Request from the drop-down menu to only display requests that have not yet been fulfilled.
- Tap the request you would like to reply to with an amount.
- The menu with fulfillment options will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap Reply with Amount.

On the Reply With Amount screen, fill the form, then tap Send Reply.

If you see the Required Field Missing dialog box then tap OK. You must enter an Amount and/or Comment to continue.

When the Confirm Reply dialog box appears.
Tap OK to resolve this document request.
Tap CANCEL to close without saving changes. - Once fulfilled, the icon next to the listed request will indicate so, and the progress bar at the bottom of the list will update. Your tax professional will also be notified that the document has been uploaded. You can tap the request tile to view the uploaded document.
