You can let your tax professional know that you have made the tax payment(s) that were due by updating the tax payment voucher. The tax payment voucher can be updated in the Tax Payments section.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to mark your tax payment voucher as paid when using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.

Follow these steps to mark a tax payment voucher as paid from the Tax Payments screen.

Sign in to TaxCaddy.com

If your tax professional has uploaded a tax payment voucher to your account, you can click Pay - Tax Payment(s) to view these payment vouchers.
Alternatively, you can click the Tax Payments tab. -
The year badge indicates which tax year the tax payment belongs to.
The All tax year option will be selected by default. With All selected, you will see all uploaded tax payments, regardless of the tax year. If you'd like to see tax payments belonging to a specific tax year, select it from the TAX YEAR drop-down menu. - Skip this step if the TAX RETURN menu is not available. If your tax professional has enabled 1041 tax return profiles on your account for trust/estate, you can select a TAX RETURN profile to narrow down the tax return list, if desired.
- Select whether you wish to view PAID or UNPAID tax payments.
If you're having trouble finding a specific tax payment, the search bar may help you locate it. You can search for a tax payment by: Payment Type, Payment To, Voucher Name, Amount Due, or Status. -
Click the voucher to view the tax payment document. You can only mark Unpaid and Past Due status tax payment vouchers as paid.

After you review the document, click the MARK AS PAID
icon.
You can use the Pay by Check feature to mail deliver a paper check to the proper taxing authority which will also mark the tax payment voucher as paid.

Alternatively, you can also mark the tax payment voucher as paid without viewing the document. Click the Menu
icon on the document tile, then click Mark as Paid to mark the tax payments vouchers paid.
Marked as Paid menu option will be disabled if the tax payment voucher has already been marked as paid by you or your tax professional.

When the dialog box appears, fill in the Paid Amount, Payment Date, then click Mark as Paid.
You can only mark the document as paid once. After you click Mark as Paid, the voucher cannot be deleted or edited in the future.
Estimated tax payment vouchers have voucher numbers next to the Due Date.
If you see text for ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY then you are required to make tax payments online to your taxing authority. After you make the tax payment, you can mark the tax payment as paid.
If your tax professional has included a link to the taxing authority's website, you will see the PAY ONLINE NOW navigation link. If no link is available and you do not know where to make your online payment, you can message your tax professional for assistance.

If you see AUTOMATIC PAYMENT - PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT then your tax payment has already been scheduled for automatic withdrawal or payment. You can mark the tax payment as paid once you have verified the payment has been processed.

After the voucher is completed, a confirmation dialog box will appear and your tax payment voucher will be moved to the PAID. Your tax professional will be automatically notified that you have completed the tax payment voucher.
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to mark your tax payment voucher as paid on your iOS mobile phone app.

Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Tax payment vouchers that have been uploaded to your account will appear on the Overview screen. Tap Pay - Tax Payment(s) to open your tax payments.
If your tax professional has enabled 1041 tax return profiles on your account, tap the SELECT TAX RETURNS drop-down menu to view your available tax return profiles.Click here to learn more about 1041 tax return profiles in TaxCaddy.
Alternatively, you can tap More on the navigation tab, then tap Tax Payment. -
You will see tax payments spanning all tax years.
The All tax year option will be selected by default. If you'd like to only see tax payments belonging to a specific tax year, select it from the Tax year menu. -
Tap Unpaid to see tax payments that need to be paid (selected by default).

A list of tax payment vouchers created by your tax professional will appear. Tap the tax payment voucher you want to view.

After you review the document, you can tap the floating Menu
icon, then tap Mark as Paid.

On the Payment Due screen, the estimated tax payment voucher will have a voucher number next to Due Date(Due By).
Enter the PAYMENT AMOUNT and PAYMENT DATE.

Click Mark as Paid.
Android mobile app
Follow these steps to mark your tax payment voucher as paid on your Android mobile phone app.

Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Tax payment vouchers that have been uploaded to your account will appear on the Overview screen. Tap Pay - Tax Payment(s) to open your tax payments.
