You can discuss your tax payment voucher with your tax professional by sending messages from the message panel when viewing a tax payment voucher, which creates a new thread associated with that document in Messages.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac or tablet
Follow these steps to message your tax professional regarding your tax payment voucher using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac or tablet.

Sign in to TaxCaddy.com

If your tax professional has uploaded a tax payment voucher to your account, you can click Pay - Tax Payment(s) to view these payment vouchers.

A list of your tax payments for the current tax year will appear to the right of your Task List in the Tax Payments panel.
If you don't see a certain tax payment, click the Tax Payments tab (from the top navigation bar) to view tax payments belonging to other tax years.
- Click a listed tax payment voucher to view the tax payment document attached.

Click the Message icon at the top to open the Messages panel for the selected tax payment document.
The title of the selected tax payment will appear at the top of the Messages panel.
- On the Messages panel, type your message into the textbox, then click SEND. Your tax professional's reply appears in the thread on this panel. The message thread is also accessible from the Messages page on the navigation panel.

Alternatively, when viewing a tax payment voucher in the Tax Payments tab you can use the Messages panel.
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to message your tax professional regarding your tax payment voucher on your iOS mobile phone app.

Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Tax payment vouchers that have been uploaded to your account will appear on the Overview screen. Tap Pay - Tax Payment(s) to open your tax payments.
Alternatively, you can tap More on the navigation tab then tap Tax Payments. -
You will see tax payments spanning all tax years.
The All tax year option will be selected by default. If you'd like to only see tax payments belonging to a specific tax year, select it from the Tax year menu.

Tap PAID to see tax payments you already paid.
Tap UNPAID to see tax payments that need to be paid (selected by default). If you have already paid a tax payment voucher then you or your tax professional can mark the tax payment as paid. -
List of tax payment vouchers created by your tax professional will appear. Tap on the tax payment voucher you want to view.
- Tax payment voucher will open in the viewer. Tap the Messages icon in the upper right corner.
- Type your message and tap the Send icon to send your message.
Android mobile app
Follow these steps to message your tax professional regarding your tax payment voucher on your Android mobile phone app.

Log in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Tax payment vouchers that have been uploaded to your account will appear on the Overview screen. Tap Pay - Tax Payment(s) to open your tax payments.
Alternatively, you can tap the Menu icon.
Tap Tax Payments.
- You will see tax payments grouped by the month that each is due.
The All tax year option will be selected by default. If you'd like to only see tax payments belonging to a specific tax year, select it from the Tax year menu. - Tap PAID to see tax payments you already paid.
Tap UNPAID to see tax payments that need to be paid (selected by default). If you have already paid a tax payment voucher then you or your tax professional can mark the tax payment as paid. -
Tap on the tax payment voucher you want to view.

Tax payment voucher will open in the viewer. Tap the Messages icon.
