Here's what's new in TaxCaddy.
Reset password by receiving a text message
When requesting a password reset, you will now be presented with two options: Security Questions, or Phone Number (new). Choosing the phone number method is easier and more reliable than using security questions.

Disconnect from Tax Professional
You can now disconnect from your Tax Professional from settings.

Masking accounts' existence
To protect the privacy and identity of users, it is no longer possible to see if an account already exists from the log in screen by logging into it.
Need Help? button at log in
A new “Need Help?” button has been added to the login screen, directing users to more information on getting logged in.
Document pick list
You can now navigate to other uploaded documents while viewing any document via a document pick list.
Tax phase indicator
You will now see a Tax Phase indicator text in the upper right corner of the Documents, Messages, and Tax Returns tabs.
Incorrect passwords or security answers are now cleared
Incorrectly entering your password or security answer will now be more evident, reducing the likelihood of an accidental lockout.
Temporary lockout lift
Successfully resetting your password now lifts any pending temporary lockouts.
Password reset lockout lift
Successfully logging into your account with your current password now lifts any pending reset password lockouts.
