Downloading multiple documents at once

Follow these steps to download multiple documents at once.

1. Log in to TaxCaddy.com, and click Documents.

   

    

2. Click the TAX YEAR menu to select the relevant tax year.

   
   
   

3. If your tax professional has enabled 1041 tax return profiles on your account for trust/estate, select the correct TAX RETURN profile.

    

4. Click Uploaded Documents to view documents previously uploaded to your selected tax return.
   

   
   
   

5. Select the checkbox next to the documents you want to download.

   

    

6. To select all documents in a category, click the checkbox at the top of that category.

   

    

7. To select all documents, click the checkbox next to Select All at the top.

   

    

8. The total file size will be displayed at the top. You can only download 1 GB of files at a time. If there are more than 1 GB of files in your account, you'll need to download in multiple selections.  Click DOWNLOAD to begin your download.

   

    

9. The files will download in a .zip file.
