To make sure you receive emails from TaxCaddy, you should add taxcaddy.com to your list of safe senders. "Whitelist" the sender or an entire domain name to make sure our emails go to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving emails from TaxCaddy after following these instructions, contact support.
Click the Address Book button in the blue Web Mail bar at the top of the screen.
Click the Manage Domains button at the top of the page. The list of allowed domains will open.
Click the Add button.
Type the Company (Domain) in the text field (e.g., taxcaddy.com).
Click Allow This Company (Domain).
The domain will be added to the list and email from that domain will be allowed.
Notes: This topic is only for certain people:
* Those who have set spamBlocker to Suspect Email Blocking.
*Those who want to be able to receive emails from everyone in a given company. To add a single email address to your Address Book, see below.
Allowing Email from Specific Senders
If you would like to receive email from someone, you must add that person's email address to your Address Book. To add a sender's email address to your Address Book:
If you forward a message from your Suspect Email folder to your Inbox, you have the option of adding the sender's email address to your Address Book so that future messages from that sender will go directly to your Inbox.
