Comcast/Xfinity differs from many email providers in that it doesn't have a "whitelist" function. Instead, if you find emails in your spam folder that should not be there, mark them as "not spam".
If you have trouble receiving emails from TaxCaddy after following these instructions, contact support.
Removing Email from the Spam Folder
If an email message was incorrectly identified as spam, you can remove it from your spam folder:
- Open your Spam folder and choose the email you'd like to remove.
- Select Move from the options listed at the top of the email.
- Using the drop-down menu, designate which folder you would like to move the email to, and then select Move.
- You can also select Mark As and then Not Spam to avoid having similar emails sent to the spam folder in the future.
Note: Emails in the Spam folder are automatically deleted after 14 days.

I use Comcast. The word "spam" doesn't appear as an option. So far, I've spent 2 hours trying to log in.
What is a "Safe Senders or Whitelist"?
