You can discuss the questionnaire with your tax professional by sending messages from the message panel on the Questionnaire screen, which creates a new thread associated with the questionnaire in Messages.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to send a message about the questionnaire using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.

Log in to TaxCaddy.com. If you were already logged in, make sure you are on the Overview screen. Click Overview on the main navigation bar to view the Overview screen.

On the Tax Pro Requests panel, click the questionnaire request.

The questionnaire opens to the right of the Task List. Click the Message
icon at the top of the [Tax Year] Questionnaire panel.

Type your message into the box, then click SEND. The number at the bottom indicates the number of characters remaining. Your tax professional's reply appears in the thread on this panel. This message thread will also be accessible in Messages.
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to undo actions using Latest Activity on the iPhone mobile phone app.

Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app.

Tap the Questionnaire under the task list.

Tap the Message
icon.

Type your message then click the Send
icon when finished. You'll see the number of characters you can use in the lower right.

Follow these steps to send messages from the questionnaire on the Android mobile phone app.
