Document requests sent by your tax professional can be supplied by uploading the requested items. However, if the document is no longer applicable or already provided then you can use the Doesn't Apply or Already Provided option to fulfill your tax professional request.
TaxCaddy.com on PC, Mac, or tablet
Follow these steps to indicate a requested document doesn't apply or was already provided using TaxCaddy.com on your PC, Mac, or tablet.

Log in to TaxCaddy.com.

On the Overview screen, you will see a Task List on the left, with your Upload requests listed as [Tax Year] Document Requests.
- Click [Tax Year] Document Requests to open a list of your document requests to the right of your Task List.
By default, both pending and previously fulfilled requests will be displayed. However, you can click the drop-down menu to specify that only Open Requests be displayed. - Click the MORE OPTIONS menu to view all fulfillment options for this request, then click either Doesn't Apply or Already Provided.

Click here to learn how to fulfill a request by replying with an amount. - Depending on your choice, either the Doesn't Apply icon or the Already Provided icon will appear next to the associated document request.

If you want to restore the document request, reopen the MORE OPTIONS menu, then click Undo Doesn't Apply or Already Provided.
iOS mobile app
Follow these steps to indicate a Requested Item doesn't apply or has already been uploaded while using the TaxCaddy iPhone mobile phone app.

Sign in to the TaxCaddy mobile app and tap [Tax Year] Document Requests to navigate to your pending document requests.

Your document requests will appear under [Tax Year] Document Requests. Tap the request that does not apply or that was already provided.

Tap either Doesn't Apply or Already Provided. TaxCaddy displays a confirmation. Additionally, your tax professional is notified that the document doesn't apply or was already provided and the document request is removed from the To Upload section of your requested items.
Android mobile app
Follow these steps to indicate a Requested Item doesn't apply or has already been uploaded while using the TaxCaddy Android mobile phone app.
