Follow these steps to begin a Live Chat with TaxCaddy support:

Click the Support icon in the bottom left.
If you cannot log in then click the Support icon on the login screen.

When the TaxCaddy Support dialog box appears, you can use the search bar on top to find any possible solutions.
If you find the relevant search results, click the link to view the help center article.

If you choose to live chat, click Connect to an agent. You'll be asked to provide your Name and Email in the provided boxes. Click Send after providing the requested information.

TaxCaddy Support will connect you with a customer support agent as soon as possible.
Submitting a ticket from TaxCaddy
When TaxCaddy Support hours have passed and Live Chat is unavailable, you can submit a ticket from TaxCaddy. A support representative will reply to your ticket as soon as possible.
Follow these steps to submit a ticket to support from TaxCaddy:

Click Hi. Need any help? on the bottom left.

When the TaxCaddy Support widget appears, click Connect to an agent to begin creating your ticket.

Provide your Name and Email in their respective fields, then click Send.

The Taxpayer Bot will display your information once you've submitted it. You're free to close out of the TaxCaddy Support widget.
Submitting a ticket from TaxCaddy Help Center
Follow these steps to submit a ticket to support from TaxCaddy Help Center.

Click Submit a request on the top right.

Type Your email address, Subject, and Description. If you have any attachments, click or drag them to Add file or drop files here. When you're done, click Submit.

Live Chat is only available during support hours (7am - 5pm PST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If a live chat representative is not available, you can create a ticket and TaxCaddy support will reach back to you as soon as possible.

Send TaxCaddy Support a message on the Chat screen. You will be added to a queue, you will receive as soon as the support representative is available. You can tap End chat to end the live chat.
A live chat bubble icon will appear on the lower right corner if you navigate away during the chat session. You can tap the icon to toggle back to the Chat screen. Logging out or closing the TaxCaddy app will dismiss the chat bubble icon.
If you see a notification for No agents available then you can create a ticket from the Help & Support screen or initiate live chat during support hours.
Submitting a ticket from TaxCaddy
Follow these steps to create a new Help Center ticket on your iPhone.

Tap the Help icon to view the Help & Support screen.

The Help & Support screen will allow you to:
- Go to TaxCaddy Help Center knowledgebase.
- Start live chat with a support representative.
- Create a ticket with TaxCaddy support.
- Look through your current support tickets.
- Rate the App.
- View tutorial/demo slides.
To create a ticket with support, tap Create Ticket.Enter your question then tap Send. Typical turnaround time for TaxCaddy Support is 24 hours.

You can also tap My Tickets to view your current or past tickets.
If you don't have any tickets then you can tap Start a Conversation or the Ticket icon to submit a new ticket. Any previous ticket will be seen here.

When starting a Live Chat, you will now see an option to enable a Chat Bubble (optional).
If enabled, a floating Chat Bubble will let you toggle back to the Live Chat screen. It will also alert you when you receive a new message from a TaxCaddy Support representative.

You can tap X to end the live chat.

Submitting a ticket from TaxCaddy
Follow these steps to create a new Help Center ticket on your Android phone:

Tap the Menu icon.

Tap Help.

Tap Create Ticket to create a support ticket. Tap My Tickets to view your current tickets.

Use the text input field to submit a text. Your message will be delivered to TaxCaddy Support. Once the ticket has been created, you return back to Help & Support > My Tickets to view the ticket. The typical turnaround time for support tickets is 24 hours.
