Follow these steps to create a new Help Center ticket on your iPhone.
- Click the Help icon to view Help Center.
- Click the Ticket icon on the upper right side to go to My Tickets screen.
- Click Start a Conversation to submit a new ticket. Any previous ticket will be seen here.
- Use the text input field to submit a text. Your message will be delivered to TaxCaddy Support.
Support Hours are 7 am - 5 pm PST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Typical turnaround time for support tickets is 24 hours.
