Hey everyone, here's what's new in TaxCaddy on the Web this month:
Document requests from Overview
We've enhanced your experience when viewing and completing your document requests from your tax professional! Now, instead of Document Requests navigating you away from the Overview screen to begin uploading your requests, TaxCaddy will now open a list of your document requests to the right of your Task List on the Overview screen.

By default, pending and previously fulfilled requests will be displayed under the All Requests option. However, you can click the drop-down menu to specify only Open (i.e. pending) or Fulfilled (i.e. completed) requests be displayed.
From here, you can click a listed item to begin fulfilling the request by either uploading the requested documents, replying with amounts, or marking the request as doesn't apply/already provided.
Alternatively, you can open the MORE ACTIONS menu to review all other fulfillment options for this task.

Upload from overview
You can now also upload documents from the Overview screen, independent of requests issued by your tax professional. To begin uploading a document from your Overview screen, click the UPLOAD A DOCUMENT feature below your Task List.
