TaxCaddy is unable to send SMS messages to clients in the following countries:
- China (including Hong Kong)
- Philippines
- Pakistan
- Senegal
- Saudi Arab
- United Arab Emirates
- Yemen
Due to local restrictions, some countries may not receive TaxCaddy verification code SMS on their mobile phone when they need to log in, sign documents, etc.
Solution for new users
Follow these steps if you are a new user who was unable to log in due to your country's SMS restrictions listed above:
- Go to https://consumer.taxcaddy.com/#/enrollment

You will receive a verification email after you sign-up. Click the link in the email to confirm.

When you sign in for the first time, you will see a request to provide your phone number. Please contact TaxCaddy Support to get help logging in.
